Urban Meyer knew Wednesday could be a big day, but he and his Buckeye staff didn't know just how big until National Signing Day got under way. By the time it was over, Ohio State saw five-star safety Vonn Bell highlight one of the top classes in the country, and the afternoon was all smiles at OSU.
