One of Ohio's top 2013 prospects, Ross Douglas, has landed his first scholarship offer, as Tennessee made their intention known Thursday. Douglas had attended the Volunteer camp last week, and was a top performer by all accounts. Who else is recruiting this exciting cornerback?
