As the early signing period opens Wednesday, several programs from outside the big six conferences have reason to celebrate. Rivals.com analyst Eric Bossi ranks the top 10 classes among schools in non-BCS leagues. Xavier, thanks in part to Dezmine Wells, sits atop the list at this point.
