4-star DE Bower Makes Return to Rutgers

For the first time since the coaching change, Immaculata High (Somerville, N.J.) four-star defensive end Tashawn Bower visited Rutgers. He was there Saturday to watch spring practice, meet with the coaching staff and talk with signed recruits and current players. Afterward, he spoke to Scout.com about his day, and what he learned.
