It wasn't pretty, but Ohio State held on for a second-round victory in the NCAA Tournament against Georgia Tech. Evan Turner led the way with 24 points, but Jon Diebler added 20 and David Lighty had 18. Updated at 4:51 Central time with stats and quotes.
