Ohio State landed their 13th commitment of the 2011 recruiting class with the addition of Vernon Hills (ILL) wide receiver Evan Spencer, son of former Buckeye great Tim Spencer. Spencer notified Ohio State head coach Jim Tressel of his intent on Friday afternoon. Bill Greene spoke to Spencer about his decision.
