BREAKING NEWS------ Cleveland Benedictine four-star wide receiver Justin Layne has committed to Michigan State. The player confirmed his decision in a phone call with Scout. We will have more on the commitment, including quotes from Layne, later this afternoon. Layne is one of the top wideouts in the Midwest.
