With the early signing period underway, several programs from outside the big six conferences have reason to celebrate. Xavier should be one of them, with an exceptional class that includes No. 66-ranked Dezmine Wells heading to town. But the Musketeers lost Michael Chandler on Wednesday, and lost their spot atop the non-BCS ranking. Western Kentucky jumps Xavier into the No. 1 slot.
